The Tour de Cure San Diego boasts one of the most scenic and beautiful routes in Southern California. Cyclists of all levels of expertise are sure to enjoy this unique day of fun, fitness, friendship and the personal satisfaction of completing a ride that moves us closer to finding a CURE for DIABETES!

All routes offer spectacular views of the ocean and mountain ranges of North County San Diego. Cyclists will ride along the historic 101 and see the stunning scenery of North County Inland San Diego. Distances offered include a family friendly 10-mile route along the coast, 30 and 70-mile routes and a breathtaking Century with total elevation gain of 4,740 feet!

Lunch provided by Phil’s BBQ and additional food vendors
Cheer squads and pumped up volunteers
Incredible themed Rest Stops
Over $400,000 raised for diabetes research, awareness and education

Red Riders are all Tour de Cure participants with type 1 or type 2 diabetes! It doesn’t matter if you are on a team or an individual – YOU ARE OUR INSPIRATION!

This means you will then receive FREE recognition gifts on the day of the event including a Red Rider Jersey.
