		<description>It wasn&#039;t quite what I thought it would be. Basically, a plan they had already come up with was presented. Nothing was mentioned about bicycles in that plan, it was mostly stop signs and traffic signals.</description>

		<description>A really easy way to accomplish the last 4 objectives is to reverse the first objective.  Limiting parking opportunities will reduce congestion, increase walking and cycling, calm traffic, and increase pedestrian safety.  4 out of 5 ain&#039;t bad.</description>
